PROFESSIONAL
SUMMARY:
Ms. Chauvin
has over 13 years experience performing in the telecommunications
industry as the IS Billing Systems Development Manager
for EATEL and SPRINT PCS, the Data Processing &
Information Systems Manager and Customer Services &
Billing Manager for Cellular One. Throughout her career
she has consulted and contributed to numerous traditional
business and philanthropic organizations effecting organizational
process and productivity improvement. Since September
2003, Ms. Chauvin has been a contract consultant for
Innovative Strategic Advanced Systems (ISAS) and was invited become a member of the start-up
administrative, operations, and project management team,
for Innovative Logistics Support Services ( ILSS).
She is currently the Manager of Contracts/Project Officer
and also offers Program Logistics Support on a government
initiated JSLIST JASQ contract.
BACKGROUND:
While
consulting for KC Administrative, Program/Project Management
and Consulting Services, Ms. Chauvin added value to a number
of clients such as, Innovative Logistics Support Services
(ILSS), Innovative Strategic Advanced Systems (ISAS),
LAMAR Advertising, Wireless One, JER Consulting Services,
Radiofone Inc. and Cellular One. Her program/project
management consulting services include Customer Service
and Business Process Reengineering, Systems Integration,
IS Software Development Services, Auditing, Training,
and Proposal Response (GSA Schedules, Miscellaneous,
etc.). Prior to her consulting career, as Ms. Chauvin
matured through the ranks of management, she earned
the respect of her colleges by her willingness to accept
responsibility in areas that she may have had limited
knowledge or experience; and yet, she willing and consistently
found a way to bring success to each challenge and opportunity
presented, and repeatedly found herself as a member
or leader of special task force and project teams.
UNIQUE
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ms. Chauvin is a
certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and
is a Board Member (Vice President of Finance; acting
Vice President of Public Relations) for the Baton Rouge
Chapter of the Project Management Institute. In
addition to consulting, through her role as Director/Special
Assistant to the CEO she also sat as a special recognized
member of the St. Vincent de Paul Pharmacy Board.
Additionally, we commend Ms. Chauvin for pro bono consulting
services, financial support and/or volunteerism
with the following organizations: Society of St. Vincent
de Paul (Baton Rouge), Senior Olympics, Special Olympics,
